GuestGuard hosts must have annual inspections in order to stay on our platform; ensuring that vacation guests have the most up-to-date safety information at their fingertips. This means multiple inspections per property for inspectors, offering you a longer-term relationship with vacation hosts.

Our platform handles onboarding, scheduling, and billing, in addition to implementing a vacation-rental specific inspection rubric. All you need to do is sign up, complete any training modules, and start inspecting homes.
HOW TO PARTNER WITH GUESTGUARD
Step 1:
Register your interest with GuestGuard while we prepare to launch. When we're ready, we'll reach out to you directly to create a partnership. If you have questions beforehand and want to talk to a member of the GuestGuard team, reach out to us at contact@guestguard.com and we can answer your questions on the platform.
Step 2:
Once we've launched, we'll ask you to create an inspector account and give us some key details on your business (location, certification numbers). If there are any training modules required to service short-term rentals, we'll provide those too.
Step 3:
Start earning with GuestGuard. As a partner with GuestGuard, you will retain your own business and its brand; we'll handle onboarding, booking, and payment, so all you need to do is show up, perform the inspection, and get paid.
