Setting the standard for high quality vacation rentals
GuestGuard was founded with a clear vision: to equip hosts and guests with the tools to create high-quality vacations built on safe and secure stays. Our journey begins with a team of experienced vacation rental operators, joined by experts in finance, operations, and technology to help drive the growth of the GuestGuard platform.
OUR PROCESS
ONBOARDING & TRAINING
Once a host is onboarded and enrolled onto the GuestGuard platform, their property will be listed for guests to view safety & quality information before booking with a travel company. In addition, hosts will have access to the GuestGuard training library to learn best practices for providing safe, secure, and high quality stays for guests, as well as preparing for their first inspection. Rest assured, hosts will know exactly who and what to expect when the first inspection occurs.
INSPECTIONS
A certified home inspector, partnered with and vetted by GuestGuard, will arrive at your home to conduct the GuestGuard inspection. There they will combine their expertise with our specialized rubric to make sure your home is as safe as it can be. Rest assured, if there are areas for improvement, we will work with you to make any enhancements. Our inspectors will not only cover safety & security, but also make sure there is an overall high quality stay for your guests.
FOLLOW-UPS & SUPPORT
If there are any areas for improvement after the inspection, we will not only provide clear steps on what to change, but give you the tools to self-report any fixes and order any safety-related equipment to your home. In addition, our network of safety inspectors is available for post-inspection support, including follow-up visits or inquiries. For guests, you will have the ability to provide real-time feedback to hosts on safety and service quality.
Guests will have the ability to view, save, and compare different properties, including all of their quality-related information, allowing them to make informed decisions before booking with an online platform.

Hadrian Bentley
Co-Founder & CEO
As Chief Executive Officer, Hadrian oversees all aspects of GuestGuard to ensure that the Company’s strategic goals and business objectives are met, in addition to meeting with relevant stakeholders to ensure GuestGuard is being constructed and run in the best way possible. Prior to founding GuestGuard, Hadrian was an investor with a private fund manager and State Street. Hadrian has a Bachelors in Finance from Bentley University and is an inventor, holding two U.S. software patents.
Rob Bentley
Co-Founder and COO
As Chief Operating Officer, Rob oversees all day-to-day operations, including platform construction, relationships with suppliers, and working with the CEO to formulate and execute GuestGuard’s vision and strategy. Prior to founding GuestGuard, Rob served as an operational leader at numerous firms, including Doosan Fuel Cell America, Teleflex, Coreflex, and Swagelok, and has 35+ years of operational and turnaround experience from startup ventures to multi-billion dollar operations. Rob has a Bachelors in Engineering from Teeside University in the U.K. and is an inventor, holding seven U.S. engineering patents.
Henry SooHoo
Co-Founder and VP
As Vice President, Henry works closely with the CEO and COO on operational strategy, being a thought leader to existing and future business processes, leading AI & automation strategy for the Company, in addition to leading product design & management. Prior to co-founding GuestGuard with Hadrian and Rob, Henry was an advisory senior consultant within Deloitte’s AI strategy and operations division. Henry has a Bachelors in Economics and Finance from Bentley University.
Brian Piotrowski
Head of Technology
As Head of Technology, Brian is responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of the GuestGuard technology offering, working with the CEO and COO to plan and design our platform. Brian manages technology workflows, onboards relevant technology vendors, and contributes to firm-wide strategy alongside the CEO. Prior to working with GuestGuard, Brian was the founder of a data science consultancy, Eggbasket Technologies, in addition to a consultant with Accenture and Boston Consulting Group.
